Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with our Server, we will fully refund the cost of your order within 24 - Hours of activation.

Rules that must be satisfied before asking for refund :-

1) For full refund, client must create a ticket here asking for refund within 24 hours of activation of order.

2) Client must provide the reason for refund (Reason for un-satisfaction).

3) After 24 Hours of activation, clients can also get refund after deducting 1$ per day + 1$ extra from the original paid amount.

Note : 1) All orders are accepted within 10 hours

            2) Trial RDP Plans are non refundable.

            3) No Refund will be approved if you ordered any of the RDP plan assuming it as something different.

            4) No Refund will be approved without any proper reason or problems in our servers.
